It’s an unfortunate thing that some pharmacists still take for granted the pharmacy technicians working for them. Those pharmacists may look at the pharmacy technicians they’re employing as nothing more than someone that they pay, but they should realize that those technicians are their partners in helping their patients. The survey showed that these pharmacists that don’t appreciate certified pharmacy technicians are decreasing in number. In addition, the pharmacy technician career offers excellent job security because the need for them will continue to increase in the coming years. As was shown, pharmacy technicians are vey much needed inside pharmacies and with the government report, the need will continue in the foreseeable future.
