You can’t say that only a handful of select pharmacists participated in this survey. Working in various pharmacy settings, more than 3,250 pharmacists were randomly picked all across the United States to participate in this survey. Shane Desselle and Michael Schmitt of the University of Oklahoma, College of Pharmacy, and the results were unveiled during the American Pharmacists Association (APhA) Annual Meeting held last March 2010. This survey was also able to prove that a reliable certified pharmacy technician shall help a pharmacist spend more time in focusing on patient care.
