It’s not surprising to note that there are some pharmacy technicians, even those with pharmacy technician certification, that have doubts about their own importance. An example is a pharmacy technician that couldn’t get any job in pharmacies is spite of their qualifications, thereby increasing their doubts whether they are still relevant in the healthcare industry. Just like those jobs in the other industries that were lost due to the economic recession, they were asking if their jobs are on they way our, too. Is pharmacy technician certification still important for pharmacists in an environment where industries are laying off workers. It couldn’t be helped that there will always be some pharmacists who take for granted the pharmacy technicians and their Pharmacy Tech Certification.
